At Bathrooms of Cowbridge, we work slightly differently from others. Our talented bathroom designers Holly and Charlotte try to get to know you first. We chat with you about what you like and what you don’t like. We go over your ideas, your torn out pages from magazines, your Pinterest boards - whatever it is that inspires you.

Before we do anything, we find out exactly what you’re looking for and then we make sure as much of you goes into our ideas as possible…

Design

Call in to our showroom for a nice cup of coffee and meet with our designers to discuss your project.

Using the showroom displays, manufacturers catalogues and our client portfolio, our designer will ensure they have an understanding of who will be using the bathroom, your preferred bathroom style, your key requirements and how much you are looking to invest in your project.

Installation

Once we have finalised designs, we will assign an experienced installation team to carry out the work.

Rest assured, our in house installers undertake regular industry-relevant training programs and workshops to ensure they are keeping up the skills required to install your bathroom products to manufacturers requirements, with due care and precision.

Our approved installers have many years of experience in their specialist area, but are still constantly updating skill sets and improving installation methods to improve our quality service and installation.

Our approved installation teams consist of qualified plumbers, tilers, carpenters, plasterers, decorators, and electricians.

Our allocated designer will also project manage the installation throughout, to ensure your project runs as smoothly as possible.
